 'The Teddy Bears Picnic  'Inner Child Workshop' is about creatively exploring, exchanging and  sharing  the issues and  difficulties that we may have experienced in relation to our own childhood.

    In a safe, empathetic & supportive  environment we  can begin our journey. Through creative play & improvisation & sharing we can begin the process of tapping into our internal world.  To gradually dissolving the barriers of resistance, fear, and pain . Listening   & acknowledging  the voice of the child that lies within each one of us, will create a major shift in the psyche.  Transforming our inner and outer landscape, & creating the space to move  forward.
